Sonny Alarcon and Timothy Stevens, who first met during college in 2000, reconnected professionally fifteen years later for a full-service bar & restaurant project in a beach-side resort town in Costa Rica which Alarcon was constructing and sought out Stevens for menu development. The now state-side team, who have since founded several successful business ventures in the Pacific Northwest and Southern California, currently focus on expanding their collective real estate portfolio, primarily California-based while keeping eyes out for opportunities in other markets such as their acquisitions in New York, Florida and Illinois. Alarcon’s unrivaled ability to ascertain exceptional real estate opportunities paired with Stevens’s meticulous accounting and business insights are the driving forces behind the success of their ventures. With a background in commercial construction spanning from New England to the Pacific Northwest of the US, as well as projects internationally, Sonny gained firsthand insight of the nuts and bolts required to rehab and rejuvenate expansive commercial venues. From large volume live music venues in New York featuring top national acts to multi-story beachside bar & grills in Costa Rica, Sonny’s visionary designs and attention to detail are in a league of its own. With the reputation as a master negotiator, Sonny is the one person you want by your side negotiating your lease or purchase to maximize the return on your investment and ensure a rewarding bottom line. Timothy Stevens, CFO
Driven by a passion for the conceptual design and execution of food and beverage concepts in both the collegiate and independent sectors, Timothy Stevens realized the skills needed to provide profitability among the narrow margins of the restaurants business could be applied to nearly any capital venture. Stevens has since launched numerous start-ups across multiple industries as the co-founder of a thriving consulting firm specializing in small-business start-ups and financial management. The constant search for clients’ brick and mortar headquarters turned Stevens on to his latest passion of assisting clients with rewarding location acquisitions, concept design and project management backed by over 20-years of operational and profit driven insights.
